Who we are
We started by fixing spreadsheets, and ended up building an ERP
Most of our clients came to us with the same problem: the business had outgrown its files. Stock in one sheet, bills in a register, payments in someone's head. We built PackERP out of that work, and we still take on custom projects for businesses that need something of their own.
Building our own product changed how we quote client work. We carry PackERP's support load ourselves, so we know what a shortcut costs eighteen months later — and we price the boring parts in rather than discovering them halfway through.
We're a small team, which means the people on your scope call are the people writing the code. There's no account layer between you and the work.
That size sets our limits, and we'd rather name them up front. We take on a few projects at a time, we say no to work we'd be learning on at your expense, and if a problem is better solved by software you can already buy, we will tell you that on the call.

Code, domain, server, database. Handover is part of the price, not an exit fee.

One working day for email, same day for anything that's down. Written into the retainer.
