We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, and anything you write in a contact form or a job application, including a CV if you attach one. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare a proposal, and to assess a job application. If you write to us about a project, we keep the thread so we have context the next time you get in touch.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages people read and where they get stuck. These record page views and interaction patterns, not the contents of forms you have not submitted.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties, except where the law requires it or where a service we rely on needs it to work — for example the mail provider that delivers your message to us.
Data security
Messages and applications are stored on our own server with access limited to the people who need it. We apply industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are kept on file so we can come back to you if a suitable role opens. Ask us and we will delete either sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email support@pharmatechub.com and we will action it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a significant change we will post a notice on this page.
